Paul is the Managing Director and Owner of the business.

Having moved from his home in South Wales, where he had his own Landscape Design and Construction business, and completing a BSc degree at the University of Wales Swansea, Paul was ready to take on a new challenge in the South East of England.

After studying for my Degree and HND at Swansea, my first job was in Business Development. I then became a trainee Recruitment Consultant for Hays, where my training and passion for Recruitment started.

I then joined my husband Paul in the company he set up in 1999, Connect Personnel. We have grown but have maintained a family feel to our business. People make our business, and it’s important to treat people how we want to be treated ourselves.

Hardip Bains

Hardips official title is the Company Coordinator with main responsibilities for everything finance in and out of the company.  Hardip started with Connect in 2003 and is considered to be the heart of the business.  Working alongside the Directors and being involved in every aspect and changes of the business since 2003, she is the “go to” person when you need a decision to anything you are not certain about.

Hardip has a great sense of humour and enjoys her weekly park runs and keeping fit.
